RESORT POLICIES
Booking & Payment
- Reservations under 30 days are paid in full at booking.
- Extended stays are billed monthly. Maximum of 6 guests per site.
- One RV and one vehicle allowed; surge protectors required.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 30+ days before arrival: refund minus $50 fee or full credit.
- 15–30 days: 50% cancellation fee; remainder credited.
- Under 14 days: non-refundable but may reschedule once.
- No refunds for weather or early departures.
Pet Policy
- Maximum 2 pets per site; $25 per pet/night.
- Leashes required; must pick up after pets.
- No pets in the pool, clubhouse, or laundry. Aggressive breeds prohibited.
Guest Conduct
- Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
- No fireworks, generators, or disruptive noise.
- Smoking is not allowed in shared spaces. Please respect other guests.
Maintenance & Safety
- Keep your site tidy. No outdoor storage, washing, or repairs.
- Trash must go in dumpsters (front and rear).
- Follow pool safety rules; no lifeguard on duty.
Extended Stays
- Monthly utilities fee ($189) covers electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and amenities.
- 12-month leases available for long-term guests.
- Late fees apply for missed payments after the 2nd day of the month.
