RV Park near Dune Allen Beach, FL

Stayed here for the first time, in January. We were offered a monthly discount, which was at a great price! Our site was #40, a back-in, at the rear loop of the Park. The middle sites are all Pull-throughs, and the clubhouse is centrally located, in the middle of the Park. It has tables, lounge chairs, and cozy looking couches, & a big screen TV. There are coded bathrooms and laundry rooms, on each side. There are grassy areas & 3 mutt mitt stations, for the dogs. Two fenced dumpsters are located at the back loop of the park. The heated pool was clean, with plenty of seating, and clean bathrooms. There is a separate sitting area, next to the pool, with Adirondack Chairs and a fire pit. We had fast WiFi, but used Starlink for work & streaming, had 4 bars on T-Mobile. (When not connected to WiFi). It snowed while we were there, & our fifth wheel uses propane to heat. We took our 2 tanks,up the road to Ace Hardware to refill. I recommend checking this place out! We will be returning for a visit, in the future!

By far the nicest and cleanest campgrounds we have stayed at.

We stayed for two nights. The campground was very clean, open, and felt safe. The sites were spacious (no trees) and had very nice level paved parking pads and patio area with some grass between the sites. Laundy room was very clean as well as the clubhouse area. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. The only challenge we had was that we went to do laundry after hours and did not have quarters and the office was closed. We ran around to multiple businesses until we found somewhere that would give us enough quarters. It was a weekend, so the banks were closed. Would be helpful if they had quarter machine or credit card machines in the laundry. The park seemed to cater more toward the non-kid crowd as there wasn't a playground. There was also no dog park. Just FYI. We didn't have kids or pets with us. Easy access. It is not gated. No cable at the time(they were in process of switching) but good wifi.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way back to Texas after Christmas. The front desk person was super helpful, the showers were very clean, lots of hot water and great water pressure. Pad was nice and level and all the hookups needed. We also used the washer and dryers and they were clean and worked perfectly. I highly recommend.

Cheryl was amazing. This place really takes care of their guest. I will definitely go back soon!!

We have camped all across the country and 30A RV Resort is definitely a favorite. Lovely spacious campsites, immaculate clean facilities, perfect location, and a wonderful staff that makes you feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to coming back next year!

Campground was extremely clean, it felt very safe, and it had a great location. The staff was very helpful and took the time to give us ideas on where to go. We will definietly be coming back and we will be recommending it!

We were in Santa Rosa, FL on vacation and we came on a bus. Our neighborhood we had rented a house from would not allow us to keep the bus on the property we rented. (The Preserve has strict HOA rules we did not know about before coming). Luxury RV Resort was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. They happily allowed us a spot to park our bus and the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly.
